How do I verify my identity (KYC)?

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to access all Quickei features and increase your transaction limits.

Accepted documents

• National ID card
• Passport
• Driver's license

Process

1. Log in to your Quickei account
2. Go to Settings > KYC Verification
3. Select the document type
4. Upload a front/back photo of your document
5. Take a selfie if requested
6. Submit your application

Processing time

Verification is usually processed within 24 to 48 hours. You'll receive a notification once your identity is confirmed.

Important: Make sure your documents are legible and not expired.
